Meet Sally

I have always loved to bake and change up recipes to create delicious flavours. Baking can cheer someone up, be a part of a celebration or add something comforting to your day. I am so excited that I now get to share this passion with you with my baking and decorating classes.

Painting is another passion of mine, in fact it is my happy place, it is wonderful to have discovered a way to combine two things I love with my custom hand-painted cakes.

I have also been a wedding dress designer for over 14 years and in 2024 went on the TV show The Great Kiwi Bake Off. Being on the show helped me realise that I want to make cakes and treats as a career too, and now it's my main job!

I also have two lovely boys and a very supportive husband, life is very full, but I wouldn't have it any other way.
